Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced the addition of four partners—Anne C. Choe, Justin L. Browder, Neesa Patel Sood and Bissie K. Bonner—in Washington, D.C. and New York, where they will focus on registered funds and regulatory and enforcement matters.

Anne, Justin, Neesa and Bissie advise investment managers, registered funds and private funds on a broad range of regulatory, enforcement and transactional matters across a panoply of fund structures and investment platforms. The team provides advice regarding the structuring, launch and day-to-day operations of funds and investment platforms, and provides corporate governance advice to investment advisers and boards. The group has deep experience advising on a wide range of complex regulatory matters involving pooled investment vehicles and investment advisers, including SEC examinations and enforcement matters. All four join from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
