The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and other financial institutions as Joint Lead Arrangers, Joint Bookrunners, Co-Syndication Agents, and Co-Documentation Agents in connection with Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc.’s (“Sarepta Therapeutics”) $600M revolving credit facility. Borrowings under the facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
Sarepta Therapeutics is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on helping patients through the discovery and development of unique RNA-targeted therapeutics, gene therapy and other genetic therapeutic modalities for the treatment of rare diseases.
