Simpson Thacher recently represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent and the other financial institutions party thereto as Syndication Agents, Co-Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners in connection with APA Corporation’s (“APA”) US$2.0 billion revolving credit facility and GBP1.5 billion letter of credit facility. These new agreements replace APA’s previous revolving credit facilities of $1.8 billion and £1.5 billion, respectively.
APA owns consolidated subsidiaries that explore for and produce oil and natural gas in the United States, Egypt and the United Kingdom and that explore for oil and natural gas offshore Suriname and elsewhere.
