Rajib Chanda Quoted in Ignites on Impact of SEC on Retail Investors

Rajib Chanda, Head of the Firm’s Registered Funds Practice, was quoted in an article in Ignites, a Financial Times publication, titled, “Private-Equity Lobby to Swamp the Retirement Market.” The article discussed how the private equity industry is pushing for wider access to the defined-contribution market under the incoming administration. Rajib noted that he is optimistic new SEC leadership “…will agree that retail investors deserve the opportunity to save and invest in the same fashion and with access to the same sponsors as institutional investors.”
