Simpson Thacher Represents Arrangers in $500 Million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Agreement for Exact Sciences Corporation

The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and other arrangers in connection with the Exact Sciences Corporation’s (“Exact Sciences”) entry into a senior secured revolving credit agreement (the “Revolving Credit Agreement”), which replaces Exact Sciences’ previous credit agreement. Borrowings under the Revolving Credit Agreement will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
Exact Sciences is a leading provider of cancer screening and diagnostic tests and gives patients and health care professionals the clarity needed to take life-changing action earlier. Building on the success of the Cologuard and Oncotype DX tests, Exact Sciences is investing in its pipeline to develop innovative solutions for use before, during, and after a cancer diagnosis.
