Simpson Thacher is advising Komisium Limited on the sale of 51% of Logflex MT Holding Limited to Allwyn, the multinational lottery operator. Logflex MT Holding Limited is the owner of the online sports betting and gaming business Novibet. The transaction is subject to customary legal and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
