Eric Swedenburg, Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, was quoted in an article titled, “‘Never Been More Dynamic’: Big Law Leaders Reflect on 2024 and Expectations Next Year,” which was published by The American Lawyer. The article discussed key legal industry trends in 2024, as well as law firm expectations heading into 2025. Eric explained that the industry saw more activity in both strategic and private equity M&A in 2024 and expressed optimism that this increase in deal activity will continue in 2025.
