Litigation Partner Pete Kazanoff will participate in the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Institute for Law & Economics’ Fall Corporate Roundtable on December 6th in Philadelphia. Joining other legal professionals, Pete will speak on a panel entitled “M&A Roundup (Market Trends, Corporate Law Developments, Litigation Updates).”
The Institute for Law & Economics’ Corporate Roundtables bring members of the Institute’s associate faculty and other academics together with corporate executives, practicing attorneys, judges and public policymakers to discuss current issues that emerge from the research and teaching of the Institute.
