Blackstone Private Credit Fund Completes $1.0 Billion Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.600% notes due 2029 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% notes due 2034. The offering closed on November 22, 2024.

The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
