Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Dan Peach will join the Firm’s London office as a Partner, where he will focus on leveraged finance matters.

Recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500, his work across leveraged buyouts, public-to-private transactions, recapitalizations, payment-in-kind/holdco instruments and restructuring spans numerous sectors. Dan joins Simpson Thacher from another international law firm.
