The Firm represented BofA Securities, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan as joint bookrunning managers in connection with a public offering by Huntsman International LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntsman Corporation (“Huntsman”), of $350 million of its 5.700% Senior Notes due 2034. The offering closed on September 26, 2024.
Huntsman is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2023 revenues of approximately $6 billion from its continuing operations. Hunstman’s chemical products number in the thousands and are sold worldwide to manufacturers serving a broad and diverse range of consumer and industrial end markets. Huntsman operates more than 60 manufacturing, R&D and operations facilities in approximately 25 countries and employs approximately 6,000 associates within its continuing operations.
