Corporate Partner Juan M. Naveira participated in this year’s International Bar Association Annual Conference in Mexico City, on a panel titled, “Money matters: locked boxes, completion adjustments and other M&A financial issues” on September 19th. The panel brought together seasoned M&A experts to share lessons learned regarding price determination and other financial mechanisms in M&A transactions. The panel discussed contractual options for managing changes in the financial condition of a target prior to closing and the pros and cons of these options, including latest trends in deal making.
