Simpson Thacher is representing funds managed by Advent International Corporation (“Advent”) and Neoris N.V. (“NEORIS”) in connection with the sale of NEORIS to EPAM Systems, Inc. (“EPAM”). The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the approval of the Federal Economic Competition Commission (“COFECE”) in Mexico and the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce in Colombia. EPAM agreed to acquire NEORIS from Advent and CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. as sellers.
