The New York Law Journal profiled Simpson Thacher’s Litigation Practice as one of the finalists for its 2024 “Finance Litigation Department of the Year” award. In a Q&A feature, Co-Chairs of the Firm’s Litigation Department Lynn Neuner and Jonathan Youngwood spoke to NYLJ about the Firm’s successes for clients in numerous high-stakes and multi-faceted cases: “We approach every case with an eye toward trial strategy, which gives us leverage given our history of success in the courtroom, yet our goal is to resolve even the toughest matters for our clients as favorably and efficiently as possible,” they said.
