Simpson Thacher represented the dealer managers in connection with a cash tender offer pursuant to which Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR) (“Carrier”) purchased $125,000,000 of its 5.900% notes due 2034, $350,000,000 of its 6.200% Notes due 2054 and $599,577,000 of its 3.577% Notes due 2050.
