Simpson Thacher was recently named a finalist by TMT Finance as part of its TMT M&A USA Awards 2024, which recognize the year’s landmark digital infrastructure deals and the teams that led them. Simpson Thacher was named a finalist in the “Legal Advisory Trailblazer” category, which recognizes law firms leading on groundbreaking, innovative and complex work in the digital infrastructure space. Energy and Infrastructure Partner Gabriel Silva was also named a finalist for “Lawyer of the Year.” Additionally, several matters on which the Firm advised were shortlisted across each of the competition’s six “Deal of the Year” categories:

• Digital Infra Financing Deal of the Year
• Digital Infra Mid-Market Deal of the Year
• Fiber Deal of the Year
• Digital Infra Deal of the Year - LATAM
• Towers Deal of the Year
• Data Center Deal of the Year
