Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters in connection with Apollo Global Management, Inc.’s registered public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.8% Senior Notes due 2054. Simpson Thacher has represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with nearly $6 billion of debt and equity issued by Apollo and its subsidiaries since 2014.
Apollo intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
