The Firm represented the underwriters in a public offering by Humana Inc. (“Humana”) of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2031 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2054.
Humana intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of existing indebtedness, including borrowings under its commercial paper program.
