In addition, Simpson Thacher, acting as an international counsel, represented BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mizuho International plc and Société Générale, as joint managers, in connection with the offering of EUR500 million 3.320% Green Mortgage Covered Bonds due 2027 by Shinhan Bank under its Global Covered Bond Programme. The offering was conducted in reliance upon Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
