Ltd., President Securities Corporation, SinoPac Securities Corporation, Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd. and Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd., as joint managers, in connection with the offering of US$500 million Floating Rate Notes due 2028 by Shinhan Bank under its Global Medium Term Note program. The Notes have been listed on the Taipei Exchange and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The offering constitutes a “Sustainable Development Goals” bond offering. The offering was conducted in reliance upon Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
