All of the shares in the international offering were sold by the selling shareholder, KKR HKE Investment L.P.
KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION is a provider of semiconductor manufacturing systems that utilize world-class thin film deposition technologies and related support services based in Japan.
