Simpson Thacher represented Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) in connection with the secondary offering of 21,262,245 shares of its common stock by a selling stockholder counterparty to a derivative sale agreement with an affiliate of Mantle Ridge LP, for gross proceeds to the selling stockholder of approximately $845 million.
