Corporate Partner Mark Pflug will participate in the Mergers and Acquisitions in India Conference presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee on April 24-25 in Mumbai, India. Mark will speak on the conference’s opening panel titled “Is India the last oasis of hope in a world that is slowing down?” The panel will analyze the current investment climate in India and deep dive into specific issues relating to current investment activity.

While in Mumbai, Mark will also participate in the Global Trends in Private Equity, Investments and Governance Roundtable hosted by leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas on April 26. Mark will join Gaurav Trehan, Partner & CEO of KKR India, to discuss the position of Indian markets in global trends in private equity, investments and governance.
