Mick Tuesley, Head of the Firm’s National Security Regulatory Practice, will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 9th National Conference on CFIUS on April 13 in Arlington, Virginia. Mick will participate on a panel titled “How New CFIUS Enforcement Mechanisms Are Structured: Perspectives on Implementation and What Now Constitutes a Violation.” The panelists will discuss the newly released CFIUS Enforcement and Penalty Guidelines and the three categories of acts or omissions that may constitute a violation under the guidelines.
