John Terzaken, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, participated in the American Bar Association’s 71st Antitrust Law Spring Meeting on March 29 in Washington, D.C. John spoke on a panel titled “ESG Initiatives: Curbing Emissions or Competition?” Panelists discussed antitrust enforcers’ emerging concerns around cartel “greenwashing,” and explored how to counsel ESG-minded clients against this developing backdrop.
