Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in an offering by Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 4.9% Series KK Notes due 2029. The notes were sold in a registered public offering, which closed on March 27, 2023.
