Martin Bell Quoted in POLITICO on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg

Litigation Partner Martin Bell was quoted in POLITICO article, which article detailed how Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg may become the first prosecutor to bring criminal charges against a former American president. Martin, a former federal prosecutor who worked at the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office alongside Bragg, noted that Bragg subscribes to a mantra of “Do the right thing at the right time for the right reasons.” He added that Bragg is primarily focused on the process, explaining that “I get the sense that to be overly results-oriented with respect to convictions is to be the kind of prosecutor that Alvin Bragg doesn’t want to see in office, let alone become.”
