Sandy Qusba, Head of the Firm’s Restructuring Practice, spoke at the American College of Bankruptcy’s (“ACB”) 2nd Circuit Panel on March 1st in New York. Sandy participated in a panel titled, “Recent Developments in DIP Financing; Challenges in Cryptocurrency Chapter 11 Cases” and fellow panelists included the Hon. Lisa Beckerman from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – S.D.N.Y., among others.
The ACB is an honorary public service association of United States and international insolvency professionals who are invited to join as Fellows. Sandy has been a Fellow of the ACB since 2017.
