The Firm represented Gramercy Funds Management LLC (“Gramercy”) and Compass Group LLC (“Compass”) in connection with their extension of financing to Lenus Capital Partners (“Lenus”) to acquire 100% of the Medicadiz Hospital in Ibague, Colombia.
Lenus is a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments, and with the acquisition, becomes one of the largest healthcare operators in Colombia. The Firm previously represented Gramercy and Compass in relation to their financing of Lenus’ acquisition of the San Rafael Hospitals in Colombia.
