Morgan Securities LLC, among others, in connection with the registered public offering by Oracle Corporation (“Oracle”) of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.5% Senior Notes due 2028, $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.65% Senior Notes due 2030, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.9% Senior Notes due 2033 and $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.55% Senior Notes due 2053.
The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used by Oracle to repay existing indebtedness.
