Mick Tuesley Quoted in Foreign Investment Watch on 2022 Takeaways and 2023 Outlook for CFIUS

Mick Tuesley, Head of the Firm’s National Security Regulatory Practice, was quoted in two Foreign Investment Watch articles which explored CFIUS takeaways from 2022 and predictions for 2023. Mick noted that “In 2022, we saw the Biden Administration taking a more hawkish view of CFIUS and mitigation after Paul Rosen’s confirmation, especially when it comes to China and personal data.” He added, “I suspect that there will likely be a flood of non-notified transactions in 2023.”
