Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”) of $600 million of 5.709% Senior Notes due 2026, $550 million of 5.842% Senior Notes due 2028 and $750 million of 6.181% Senior Notes due 2033. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
