Antitrust Associate Lindsey Bohl was featured in a Q&A article in the ABA Antitrust Health Care Chronicle surrounding her former experience as a staff attorney in the FTC’s Mergers IV Division, where she led significant healthcare and retail transaction investigations, including her role as team lead on the 2020 Hackensack Meridian Health, Inc./Englewood Healthcare Foundation hospital merger investigation and core role on the FTC v. Hackensack litigation team.
