Partner Sandy Qusba spoke at the Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) “Nuts and Bolts of Corporate Bankruptcy 2022” program on December 12 in New York. Sandy participated in a panel titled, “Strategic Powers in Corporate Bankruptcy and Operating a Business in a Chapter 11 Case,” which explored the use of cash collateral, sales and use of property in the ordinary course of business, sales free and clear of leins, claims, encumbrances and other interests, as well as credit in the ordinary course of business, DIP financing and priming liens as they relate to the financing of bankruptcy cases.
