The Firm recently represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc., as lead arranger and lender, and HSBC México, S.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as lenders, in connection with an up to $50 million revolving credit facility made available to PayClip, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Clip”) for general corporate purposes.
