Corporate Partner Heidi Mayon will take part in The Inaugural West Coast M&A/Private Equity Forum hosted by Thomson Reuters on September 29^th. Heidi will moderate a panel discussion titled, “Shifting Sands: Market Transformation & the Future of SPACs,” which will focus on the outlook of SPAC activity during a period of little private investment in the public equity (PIPE) market and several regulatory setbacks.
