Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with Generac Power Systems, Inc.’s (NYSE: GNRC) (“Generac”) amended and restated existing term loan credit agreement. The agreement establishes a new term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of $750 million and a new revolving facility in an aggregate principal amount of $1.25 billion, among other items.

Generac is a leading energy technology company that provides advanced power grid software solutions, backup and prime power systems for home and industrial applications, solar and battery storage solutions, virtual power plant platforms and engine- and battery-powered tools and equipment.
