Real Estate Partner Whitney Salinas was selected as one of Bloomberg Law’s “40 Under 40” for 2022. Whitney was recognized for her work advising Blackstone and QTS Realty in the CMBS and balance sheet financing aspects of Blackstone’s $10 billion acquisition of QTS, as well as for her representation of BioMed Realty in its $2.875 billion CMBS refinancing of a portfolio of its life science properties, among other engagements.
