Simpson Thacher represented PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a third amended and restated credit agreement entered into by EQT Corporation (“EQT”) (NYSE: EQT). Under the credit agreement, EQT may obtain unsecured revolving loans in a maximum aggregate principal amount of up to $2.5 billion.
EQT is a natural gas production company with operations focused in the cores of the Marcellus and Utica Shales in the Appalachian Basin.
