Simpson Thacher represented Angeles Equity Partners (“AEP”) in its investment in OBS Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Freymiller). The transaction closed on June 17, 2022. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Freymiller is an over-the-road, for-hire truckload carrier that specializes in the efficient and safe transportation of temperature-controlled products throughout the continental United States. AEP will partner with KJM Capital, LLC and CEO David Freymiller in the next phase of the company’s growth.
