The Firm represented Sirius XM Radio Inc., a subsidiary of Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) (“SiriusXM”), in connection with entering into an amendment to its existing $1.75 billion senior secured revolving credit facility. The amendment, among other things, includes the addition of a $500 million incremental term loan.
