The Firm represented Fras-le S.A. (“Fras-le”) in connection with a primary follow-on offering of 52,450,000 of its common shares.
The offering raised R$629.4 million in proceeds to Fras-le. The shares were offered to certain qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A in the United States and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States in reliance upon Regulation S. Fras-le’s shares are traded on the B3 stock exchange under the ticker symbol “FRAS3.”
