Simpson Thacher represented affiliates of Silver Lake (“Silver Lake”) in an acquisition of the equity holdings of David Bateman, founder of Entrata, Inc. (“Entrata”). Silver Lake led the transaction, with Dragoneer and HGGC also participating.
