Litigation Partner Marc Berger will speak at SIFMA’s Compliance and Legal Annual Seminar 2022 on March 21. Marc will participate on a panel titled, “Chief Compliance Officer Outlook,” which will discuss managing compliance risk during the pandemic; the role of technology; operational risk; and changing skill sets, among other topics. The annual seminar gathers compliance and legal professionals from across the financial services industry and will be held from March 20-23 in Orlando, Florida.
