Simpson Thacher represented the joint sponsors in the secondary listing of NIO Inc. (“NIO”) (NYSE: NIO) (HKSE: 9866) by way of introduction on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and CICC acted as the joint sponsors.
