Simpson Thacher was recognized at the China Law & Practice 2021 Awards for its work on Yum China’s US$2.22 billion secondary listing in Hong Kong, which was named “Equity Securities Deal of the Year.” The Simpson Thacher team advising the underwriters on the listing was led by Daniel Fertig (Capital Markets).
