Alicia Washington Speaks at Brooklyn Law School About Prior Government Experience

Litigation Counsel Alicia Washington was a featured guest speaker during Professor Alexis Hoag’s Criminal Procedure Adjudication class at Brooklyn Law School on January 24. Alicia, who was formerly an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and a law clerk to the Hon. Barbara M. G. Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, spoke about her prior government experience. She covered topics ranging from prosecutorial decision-making and priorities, grand jury practice, the value of clerking and how both her public and private sector experience has shaped her career.
