Partners Roxane Reardon and Mary Touchstone were honored as “Notable Women in Law” for 2022 by Crain’s New York Business. The awards honor outstanding women lawyers who were selected not only for their skills and accomplishments in the their practice areas, but also for their leadership and impact across the legal industry.

The profile highlighted Roxane’s role as Co-Head of the Firm’s Global Capital Markets Practice and as one of the country’s premier capital markets advisers, including guiding transactions aggregating more than $30 billion in 2021 alone including in connection with offerings by Progress Software, the Cheesecake Factory and Marriott Vacations, among others. Mary was featured for her role as Head of the Firm’s Fund Finance Practice and for playing a pivotal part in establishing the Firm as a global leader in the representation of financial sponsors in fund financings.
