Litigation Partner Michael Osnato was quoted in an article published by Hedge Fund Law Report titled “Risk Alert Stresses Need for Robust Policies and Disclosures on Fee Calculations.” The article explored a recent SEC Division of Examinations risk alert, a follow-up to a previous 2018 risk alert, that shared observations regarding investment adviser fee calculations and the potential implications for private fund advisers.
