Simpson Thacher represented funds affiliated with Silver Lake Partners in connection with an offering of common stock of SoFi Technologies, Inc. (“SoFi”) by the Silver Lake funds and certain other selling stockholders. The offering of 50,000,000 shares in the aggregate raised approximately $1.08 billion in gross proceeds to the selling stockholders.
